Lynsey Merritt Director of Recruitment

As Director of Recruitment at Tritt|Henderson Lynsey Merritt oversees all hiring initiatives for the firm.

Ms. Merritt works closely with Arnold D. Tritt, Jr., the firm’s managing partner, in the hiring of lateral attorneys, new associate attorneys and staff members, coordinating and facilitating the entire process of recruiting, employment and professional development.

A graduate of Furman University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration, Ms. Merritt is public relations chair of the First Coast Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors and chair-elect of the Jacksonville City Group of the Legal Marketing Association.
